All Star Game #1

The girls won today, 8 - 0. It was an awesome game and the girls played hard. Michaela got 2 hits, walked twice, made it home twice and had an great play where she fielded the ball from 2nd and threw the girl out at first. They play again in the morning at 9:30am...wish 'em luck!

FORCE

Michaela went back to softball this year and has done awesome. She played catcher and several infield positions. Jeff had to umpire some of her games and it was very cool seeing him call the game right behind his daughter (see picture above). She didn't like it too much though when he called strike 3 on her once and rung her up! Here are a few pictures of her playing this season.

Rivercats

Here are just a few pictures of Kelly playing ball this year for his Machine Pitch Rivercats. He got called up to play one Minor League game and was so excited...He said he was playing real ball. His first at bat he got a strike and then on the 2nd pitch got his in the arm by the ball. But he was a real trooper and got up and made it to 1st. We all cheered. On the next ball thrown he stole 2nd base...WAY TO GET BACK IN THE GAME KELLY!!!

Congratulations Michaela

Isn't she beautiful. Our little girl shocked her classmates when she showed up at school looking like a young lady instead of her tom -boy self. Her fingers and toes were painted, she had heels on and a cute new dress. It's hard to believe our middle child has finished elementary school and will be a big 6th grade middle school student next fall.
