Jeff loves to umpire Little League baseball games! He's really good at it too. Last weekend he did two 9-10 sectional games, one behind the plate and one behind first base. I didn't hear one parent grumble (on either side) about any of his calls. He just walked out the door to do two 12-13 sectional games and then next weekend he will be doing his first 11-12 state tournament. Next year he is hoping to do Regionals and someday he would love to be an umpire at the Little League World Series in Williamsport, PA.

I bet if Jeff were the Blue on 1st base...he would have made the SAFE CALL in that last game. Did Robin show you the photo? The ball was 6 inches from the glove and the runner was ON THE BAG.
