Over the weekend Jeff umpired several games for the 11-12 Little League State Tournament. There were teams from all over Florida and boy could those boys play ball. Jeff had fun even though it was hot and sticky out. It even rained during Monday nights championship game. The kids and I went out to the park to watch the game in the rain. What dedication! After the championship game Jeff was evaluated on his performance as an umpire and was recommended for the Regional Tournament next year...that's the whole southeast (8 states). We are so proud of him! He's one step closer to Williamsport.

No. Didn't want to take my camera out in the rain. It was on TDO.com. Great picture isn't it?
